Hello, Welcome

I will also introduce you to my nephew, Cameron. He is also an inspiration for writing the books.

My blog posts will vary. I will tell about myself in some posts. I may include some valuable self publishing information in some posts in hopes of helping other indie authors and self-publishers.

I may use excerpts from previous Yelp reviews I have written. Some reviews may inspire new ideas for me. There will be several photos that I come across on the net that I find cute, funny and/or inspirational.

I hope you enjoy your visit here and see reasons to return often. Have a beautiful and safe day.

    1. Hello, anonymous. I’m glad to hear from you. I do regret that you do not like the things I have written about. That, in essence, boils down to you disliking me as the person I have become as a result of my childhood. The way I was raised. The tragedies I overcame. Learning to live without nice things. Eating less than I wanted in order for my mother and siblings to have more to eat.
The fact that despite my undiagnosed and untreated neurological disorders, such as Narcolepsy, throughout high school I walked away with a high school diploma. This is something which my parents, various other relatives in the past and no siblings were able to accomplish. I take a great deal of pride in that.
I am reluctant to share publicly anything I have written because of my economic background and the inability to attend college or even take writing classes. I applaud you for your innate ability to hold onto the confidence to essentially condense the lifetime of a perfect stranger down to one descriptive term such as “suck”.
I am unsure of your education level and whether or not you have had training in behavior and human culture, but I do respect your steadfast assertion that I do suck based on the information I have so bravely put forth on social media.
I thank you for your comment. I thank you for enabling me to thicken my skin a bit more as I prepare to start my career as a children’s book author and publisher. I am also grateful that you do not assert your belief that I ” suck royally”, as that may have hurt my feelings.
So, thank you anonymous for taking your time to stop by and encourage me to write something on my blog in over a year. The past 18 months of my life have been a huge struggle as I battle some pretty serious life issues. I have been digging and clawing in an attempt to regain my life so I may continue my career as a writer.
Good luck with your future anonymous.

    2. You don’t suck. I haven’t the slightest idea why on Earth anyone would leave a comment like that. I am an author too, and I feel like we should be supporting each other. I agree with the comment that your nephew is adorable, and I hope that your writing gets you the exact results you desire.

Past that, you don’t need to go to college – or take writing classes – to be a great writer.

    1. I hope the self-publishing links can help others. I am so sorry for not responding earlier…like, a year ago 🙂 I have been busy moving and have not been back on my blog until now. I hope to pick up my writing again very soon. Hope all is well with you.
